Material and labour for pipe support for all type of pipe including hanger/ fastners/elbow/support/tees complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 150 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, assembling, jointing steel pipe, plain ended, 150 mm nominal bore of pipe, conforming to IS-1239 (Part-1)-2004, 5.4 mm wall thickness, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) type, Fe 450 grade of steel, externally coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour over a coat of primer and fixing in position on wall, ceiling, floor including all fittings as directed, butt welded complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary flanges gasket and hardware.

Supply, installation & testing hydrant landing single headed valve, flanged inlet dia 80mm and inmstantaneous female coupling dia 63 mm, confirming to IS-5290:1983, type'A', made up of gun metal including GI chain lug complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F non-percolating flexible hose confirming to IS 636:1988, type'A', 15 Meter long with 63 mm inmstantaneous female coupling confirming to IS 903:1993 and riveted to hose pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F branch pipe, 63 mm dia, made up of gun metal, with 15 mm dia nozzle confirming to IS 903:1993 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the road /hard standing at depth not less than 0.45metre and width 0.25 metre for fixing the pipe upto 150 mm dia and making good to disturbed surface by using PCC type B1 (1:2:4) by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed by Engrr-In-Charge.

Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessaary cutting of existing pipe, insrting water meter including necessary flanges, gasket and hardware as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
