Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- a)In trusses and trussed purlins. For Roof
b) In grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.
Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia mter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coat ing including fixing with prepainted iron j or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).
Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm over all semicircular plain GI sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers making necessary connection with rain water pipe as per design (a) 0.63mm thick sheet
Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.
Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes for working pressure not less than 4.5kg/sqm i/c filling the joits with the approved adhisives complete of Phinolex/ D-plast . a)150mm
P/f P.V.C. Fittings and accessories of Phinolex/ D-plast. a) P/f PVC plain bend ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesives etc. Complete 150mm dia
