SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (RWH)

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. (0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².)

Providing and fixing 40x 6 mm flat iron section including cutting, drilling, bending holes, rounding and fixing with botls and nuts with existing purlin section of the buildings

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter metre

Providing and fixing 110 mm PVC Bend 87.5° to fixed with pipes to plinth level.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying and laying of stone aggregate of 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate for WBM soiling incl screeing, spreading to template and consolidation with power roller completel.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cantilevers.

Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : (25 mm to 40 mm nominal bore)

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : (50 mm to 80 mm nominal bore)

Supply, installation and commissioning including testing on completion make kirloskar or equivalent make ISI marked self priming multistage 9 stage diesel engine given centrifugal pump sets (50 mmx50 mm suction and delivery) with head 130 mtr vertical with impeller complete with diesel engine of capacity not less than 30 HP 1450/2900 RPM mounted on MS channel based frame coupling etc including {CC foundation complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (Water Storage Tank)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mm wide and not exc 1.50 mm depth for foundation getting out in hard/ dense soil.

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 type-C2 in foundation using 40 mm grade agg

M/L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm grade aggregate) for water tank wall & base.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick on both side of concrete surface used CM 1:3 wiyh 3% WPC.

M/L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for slab

S/F of steel TMT bars 10/8 mm dia and cover cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia.
