S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8 mm seamless calcium silicate made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceilling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre including finishing the joints of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion with white or tinted on seamless ceiling board including 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thk putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed
