Construction work of Four Lane Barsana Bypass Road in District Mathura

Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. As per S.I. No. 259

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Supply and Laying of bi-axial extruded high modulus polypropylene geogrid conforming to MORT&H specification for base/sub-base reinforecement having minimum tensite strength 15kN/m in the longitudinal a transverse direction, with 5kN/m and 7kN/m tensile strength at 2% and 5% strain respectively in the longitu and transverse direction, junction efficiency not less than 95% and with 38mm x 38mm mesti opening. as per MORT&H Specifications clause 7.17(705).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as per MoRT&H Specification 502.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Batch Type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-I, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects. (5.04)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as per MoRT&H Specification 503. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Batch Type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade-II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of Central Verge and Hume Pipe Culvert. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Plain Cement cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) nominal mix in Foundation and crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size machenically mixed, placed in foundation and compected. As per S.I. No. 12.04

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100: As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.12.08 C Case I

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces (One coat): As per DSR No. 13.51.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1.1

Supply & laying of Granular Material (6.7 mm guage stone grit) in bedding Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in substructure as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.13.02

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No 13.03

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.5

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.10

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P. Pump.
