Engagement of personnel for E.I. Maintenance of day to day maintenance of whole electrical installation of office building, office campus, residential quarterr, at Lower Damodar Costruction Division -II at Fuleswar including electro-mechanical operation & maintenance of 11 vent sluice gates at Fuleswar, howrah under under the jurisdiction of Metropolitan electrical Division for the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 during the year 2026-2027.FASD statrter panel, mainpanel, P.B.D.B B.D.Bs switches, tube light fittings, celing fans and call bells including earthing, making addition and alternation and changing of electrical equipment etc. if any as per direction of E.I.C .

Engagement of 01 (One) no Electrician, 1 Man X 365 days = 365 Mandays. (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job. Labour rates are inclusive of GST, Cess, ESI, EPF, Bonus, CP & OH T & P charges)

Engagement of 01 (One) no Helper for Electrician/day/shift 2 shift x 1 no helper x 365 days for gate and 1 no helper per day for office colony excluding sunday x 313days = 365 days + 313 days = 678 Mandays.

Additional manpower for manually operation Flap shutter in 2 shift as and when require by engaging 1 no helper electrician / helper mechanic in shift during drainage period to irrigation period up to 31.01.27 = 70 days, (2 shift x 70 days = 140 Mandays as per instruction of EIC. (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H T &P and 10% C.P)

Engagement of Mechanical working personal for Hydromechanical sluice gate Maintenance (seasonal & emergency) and manual operation of Flap shutter as and when require of 11 (Eleven) vented Sluice gate under EE-I/ Lower Damodar Construction Division-II at Fuleswar comprising premonsoon oiling, greasing, checking all mechanical parts like gear, winch, roap drum all nuts & bolts, change & adjust all system upto satisfactory performance, materials supplied by the department.

Engagement of 01 (One) no Mechanic, 1 Man X 7 days = 7 mandays for premonsoon servicing + additional 0 mandays for emergency break down servicing as require as per instruction of EIC. [Total = 7 Mandays] (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job)

Engagement of 01 (One) no Helper Mechanic/ day, 1 Man X14 days = 14 mandays for premonsoon servicing emergency break down servicing as require as per instruction of EIC. [Total = 14 Mandays]. (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job.

Additional manpower for Manually Operation and cleaning of Flap shutter as required through out the year (drainage & irrigation period) with in AMC by engaging 1 no Mazdoor (male) x 160 days (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) as per direction of EIC = 160 Mandays

Premonsoon servicing and greasing & Oiling of different size gates at different locations as per annexure. Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust b e a r i n g , guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling, greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Post monsoon servicing and greasing & Oiling of different size gates at different locations as per annexure. Supply of Mobil Oil (1ltr. X11 nos gate=11ltr.)

Supply of Gear Oil as per direction of Engineer in charge ( 6ltr. X 11nos gate=66ltr)

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Machining, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting)

Supplying, fitting & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading. Supplying, fitting & fixing of screw hoisting arangement made of MS bottom plate, top plate, coller with necessary holes on base plate and top plate to accomodate thrust bearing of suitable size as per approved drawing & design and as per direction of Engineer in charge.The cost includes cost of ms plate as per IS : 2062 ‐2011/ latest revision, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, consumables like cutting tools, bolt & nuts of required size, hire charges of machineries, like lathe/shaping machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding thecost of lifting Nut/Bush, thrust bearing & wheel supplied seperately.

Complete rewinding of the defective 3 H.P, 415 V, 3 ph. Induction motor by opening the body parts by parts and taking out the damage or worn- out winding from the existing slot/ core and rewinding the same with super enamel copper wire of proper gauge including insulating, binding, soldering, the loop wire, varnishing, baking and refitting the body, testing, Transportation to & Fro for working site to workshop up to smooth performance as per direction and satisfaction of the EIC.
