Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of 6 Body Cold Storage Mortuary cabinet with Eco Friendly panels, insulated doors, floors, copper tubes, telescopic S.S trays cabinet type Mortuary chamber as detailed below. (A) Supply, fabrication and erection of one number PUF insulated cabinet type mortuary chamber to hold 6 bodies in 2-tier arrangement as per the following specification and provisions. 1) External cabinet dimensions of 3168mm(w) x 2404mm(D) x 1785mm(H) 2) Insulation with 80mm thick pre fabricated modular PUF panel with cyclopentane blowing agent made of CFC and HCFC free high grade polyurethane with 40 Kg/cu.mt. 3) Panel finish with 0.55mm thick stainless steel 304 grade 4) Individual doors for each body with chrome plated hinges and locks. 5) All panels to be joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by means of cam locks on each side to ensure air tightness, foamed in PVC bubble gasket in all panels.

6) 'L' shaped corner panel in a single piece in all four corners 7)Edge of the doors and door openings to be finished with PVC lining 8) Electronic temperature indicator cum controller, vapor proof/water proof incandescent lamp fixture with plastic coated globe. 9) Pilot light to alert the personnel on the outside of the cabinet. 10) Toggle switches to operate the vapour proof light and pilot light mounted on the outside of cabinet with stainless steel cover plate protection. B) Supply, fabrication and erection of one number unitary type roof top mounted refrigeration system to maintain +2 deg C to +6 deg C inside the 6 body Mortuary cabinet with the following specifications: 1)capacity not less than 10000 BTU/HR 2)compressor of make Kirloskar Cope land/equivalent with condenser with condenser coil, evaporator with evaporator fan motor with suction, discharge and liquid copper refrigerant piping and expansion device etc., complete operating on with power supply at 230V +/10% single Phase/50Hz AC supply.

C) Supply, fabrication and erection of 6 Nos of telescopic structure sliding in the fixed channel within the cabinet each to hold 120kgs of weight when it is stretched fully out. D) Supply, fabrication and fixing of 6 numbers of telescopic stainless-steel trays with Rollers and bush bearing to keep body on the telescopic structure inside the cabinet. E) Providing 2" thick raised concrete platform of suitable size to keep the 6 body mortuary cabinets. F) Providing drainage piping from the evaporator and cabinet to lead drain water just outside the cabinet room. G) Including Packing and Forwarding Charges. H) Clear height of 1m above the cabinet recommended for better air circulation.
