M&L for overhauling of not less than 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamps, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings and aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope, timer panel components and rewinding of motor if required at site will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for disconnecting/taking out the motor from high mast light of any capacity, transportation to workshop and removing the existing winding and rewinding with new super enamled copper wire of same gauge and similar turns after thoroughly cleaning of stator body, applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving ohmic value, reassembling the motor by replacement of bearing including painting one coat of synthetic enamled paint and re-installing in its original position, making connection up including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GFS polycarbonate thermoplastic oval type weather proof junction boxes, IP-66 protection with internal embedded polyurethane material gasket, IK-09 as per IEC:60695-2-11 for street lights of approx size not less than 155 x 210 x 92 mm with metric knock outs for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation, glands and with 4 terminals for terminating of rating 32 Amps for three phase and neutral mounted with locking arrangement including fixing to the poles by means of suitable size clamps, nuts and bolts etc; with and including 01 no MCB, SP, 6-32 Amps, 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking out old cables and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including taking out old cables and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to the new/ existing PCC/ steel poles above the GL including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down solar light fitting of wattage 11 to 36 watt with solar panel assembly, solar battery assembly, light controller, fixture mounting bracket for checking its serviceablity with and including M&L for carrying minor repair work and painting pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any major items required for replacement will be paid seterately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

S&F in repairs solar panel assembly complete with panel, light controller, MPPT charge controller, brackets etc; suitable for 11 to 36 Watt solar street light fitting of existing make and making necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of solar light assembly suitable for 11 to 36 Watt solar street light as per site requirement including making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel poles and applying a coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as channels, angles, etc; of any description and zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band/ strips of 5 cm wide in green (02 Nos) and white (01 No) colour at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole with and including writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background on the pole and applying a coat of cement base paint on PCC coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pruning of tree branches up to 2.0 meter clearance all around HT/ LT overhead lines and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified directed. Note: The item will be measured in span length of approx 30 mtrs between poles.
