Slurry Pump House & CTBD Pump House Preventive and daily maintenance works in equipments of pumps, connected pipe lines, valves in Ash slurry & CT Blowdown pump house, Charges for the Cleaning the spilled fly/bottom ash from silo Bottom-I Floor area, Top floor area & Weighment area as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required, consumables personal protective equipments etc.,

Ash Slurry Lines Patch up welding works in the wornout (or) punctured portion of the ASH slurry pipe lines and water lines for CT blowdown pump house to ash slurry pump house including hire charges for T&P required, consumables and all etc.,.

RVF Motor Bag Filter Cleaning & Unloading Spout Charges for cleaning RVF motor bag filter in silo up keeping of bag filters and unloading spout ensuring free and continuous flow of fly ash from silos to unloading spout respectively by carrying-out the works as detailed in the annexure enclosed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required, consumables and etc.,

Bottom ash Silo Bag Filter Cleaning & Unloading Spout Opening of manhole of the Bag filter unit in bottom ash silos after due isolation, and after sufficient cooling dismantling air purging line, removal of all the Bag filters one by one, bringing the Bag filter outside the housing, cleaning with compressed air, checking of bag filter/cage any damage or in the cage and refitting all the bag filters in position, and closing the man hole as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including hire including hire charges for T&P required, consumables and etc.

Charges for clearing ash chock in fly ash silo fluidizing line in silo area at 15 meter elevation ( This works involves complete dismantling of fluisizing line, NRV, Valves. Clearing the ash chock and reassembling the lines, NRV and Valves with new gaskets.

Charges for clearing the ash chock & reconditioning of wetting head of RCC silos ( This works involves complete dismantling of wetting head assembly, sleeve coupling,HP water lines & Mixing Box and clearing the ash chock and reconditiong the wetting head nozzles and reassembling) .
