Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.((Note : height of the bldg truss is upto upto 7 Metre)

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm Thick of any colour having tensile strength 0f 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) or directed by Engr-in-Charge fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling ceiling board, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with fibre cement designer tiles ivory painted (high pressure steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595 x 595 mm and any one of the design (occeanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main 'T' runnerwith suitably spaceed joints to get required length, and 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, and cross 'T' at 600 mm c/c to form a grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to exising rafter, purlin, etc with galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15 mm of all T-sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and havng a load bearing capacity of 12Kg/sqm, and refixed all existing electric wiring and fixture all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete al as specified

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 , 1:2:4 (using 12.5 graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of groove cutting/hold fast/coping .

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section as in framed work in any position complete

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Fe-410W (gde E-250) quality complete all as specified and directed.
