Cutting in earth work in by mechanical mean in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work , Jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatring where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in - charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990( One Thousand Nine Hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful matreial and Transportation of the unuseful matreial for disposing at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all incidental charges. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all length and width , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre)to all height, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soil complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling with available excavted earth (exculding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etctra in layer not exceding 20 cm (twenty centimeter) in depth consolidating each deposited layer by the ramming and watering complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling with properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone solling under floors of selected hard stone including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (one cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm (Fifty millimeter) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 (ten) of approved quality using 1.7kg (one point seven kilogram) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
