Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc excl ashlar facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete and removing debrish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement plaster in 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work, cement finished even & fair in CM 1:4 (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished material to out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregates in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including demolition of cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes insoft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
