Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Random Rubble masonry in cm 1:5 (one cement and five sand) for foundation and basement using new rough stone and bond stone and including simultaneous pointing cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete with std., specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five M Sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) mix to 12mm thick including cost and coveyance of all materials to site finishing curing etc., complete.

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Removal of centrifugal pumpset/ jet pumps/ submersible pumpsets and its accessories from borewell/ open well for attending repairs complying to the instructions of the engineers

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 300 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by TWAD Board Officers and conducting yield test by ‘V’ notch method.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted 20 LPM against 90m head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC Single phase 415 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 %

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/ Monoblock) in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPIC switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., complete and operating the pumps and trial run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities.

Supply of 2.50 Sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694/1990 including all cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete. as per standard specifications.
