Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, complete all as specified.

All as per item 2 hereinbefore but using old bricks retrieved from demolition under item No 1 hereinbefore including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall/concrete surface of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces, mixed with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid seaparately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling/picking etc upto a depth of 35 to 40mm from floor slab and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removal of debries to a distance not exc 500m including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent (with approved epoxy resin primer high strength bonding agent to bond concrete for bonding fresh wet cementitious existance surface) as per manufacturers instruction to old concrete surfaces in surfaces of floor, and similar structural members all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved non shrink, cementitious micro concrete mixed with 12.5 mm grade stone Aggregate using chemical powder by weight (12.5 kg aggregate : 25 Kg chemical powder) respectively means (1:2) ratio and mixing with water by weight of 4 to 5 Ltr only (as per manufacturers instruction) laid to average thickness 40mm in floor finish members, including use and waste of water tight form work (where is necessary), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of anti corrosive primer as per manufacturers instructions to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumferences and length of bars to form unbroken 40micron thick film in the area prepared vide item No 12 above, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified to ceiling of mortar 40mm thick in two layers to surfaces over a coat of bonding agent (4 Ltr SBR+ 15 Ltr Water +50KG Cement) and Cement mortar for plaster @ 4 Ltr SBR per bag of cement applied as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of under ground static water tank after dewatering, removal of silt/scale/dirt, cleaning the tank with water and removing the sludge/scum out side MD Land and disposing off, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, such as static water tank top cover frame work etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering materials. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified. Note : (i)Scaffolding and staging all are deemed to include the quoted rate only)

S&F Steel (2inch X 2inch) OR (3inch x 3inch) square weld mesh fittted into steel frame work not exc 4Kg per Sqm complete all as specified. Note :(i)Steel Frame work will be measured and paid seperately. (ii)Scaffolding and staging all are deemed to include the quoted Rate only)

M&L for precast Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), stringcourses, copings, Kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundry pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc, and set in cement mortar complete with joints to match, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in 50mm thick plinth protection, sub base etc surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 60 mm thick (M-35 Grade) factory made, machine pressed,precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS-15658:2006, set and joints grouted in fine sand, laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces walls etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified.
