Taking out old unserviceable earthing pit of any type complete with connected accessories including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick electrode and 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including brazing) connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Taking out of old air termination rod of any type and any size from building including dismantling and removing (except serviceable strips for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (Note: MS /PCC work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid separately).

Re-fixing of old serviceable tilted air termination rod of any size and type after straightening & dressing with and including suitable nut, bolts and washers to earth strip complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down old Copper/ GI/ Aluminium Strip of any size and any type from building/hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench including dismantling and removing (except serviceable strips for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20mm x 3mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including welding and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm with saddles/ insulators and fixing screws for roof/ down conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI earthing continuity conductor wire of 4mm dia with saddles/ insulators and fixing screws for roof/ down conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable (serviceable strips as obtained from taking down) Copper/ GI/ Aluminium Strip of any size and type after straightening & dressing with and including saddles/ insulators with screws for fixing and making good disturbed strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of saddle/insulator for earth strip with fixing arrangement in roof/ wall conductors of building/ hangar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old unserviceable test point terminal block of any type and any size including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing test paint terminal block made out of gun metal black or phosphosus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long neckhead screws including MS box 2mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing of broken/ loose connected copper strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing of broken/ loose connected aluminium strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding of broken/ loose connected GI strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing of 20 mm bore any type from trenches/ floor/ roof/ wall/ fixed to pole including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per BOQ item No 21 above but 40mm bore

Supply and fixing GI tubing 20mm bore (Medium grade) in trenches/ floor/roof/ wall/ fixed to pole with proper size of clamp nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 40mm bore (Light grade) in trenches/ floor/ roof/ wall/ fixed to pole with proper size of clamp, nuts and bolts for earth strip protection/ lightening conductors/ rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of bib tap 15 mm plug type cast iron screwed for itron pipe with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cable or other items and getting out soil in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI funnel with wire mesh for earting pits of existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of PCC earth pit chamber and making new PCC earth pit chamber of size as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel including excavation and earth work as required at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welded, binding, cold as hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high as per colour scheme all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation 1:2:4 type B-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate to support the pipe/angle/as required on site including breaking of existing complete all as specified.

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of magnesium sulphate, 100% water soluble fertilizer type in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity.)

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of common salt in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity.)

M&L for gel based earth recharger solution, effective for recharging the chemical/ conventional earthing pits, water soluble soil reactivation compound, non-corrosive, eco-friendly in earthing pits including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity. (b) Qty of gel shall be used in a manner to reduce 60-70% earthing restance and complete job for one earth pit shall be measured and paid as one job. (c) Work shall be carried out by OEM rep and cost for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate. (d) Approval for make of gel/ compound shall be given by GE after submission of necessary details like item literature, codal provision etc by contractor.

M&L for taking down the main transformer from the voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 500KVA after dismantling from load, removing the oil from the tank and removal of servo from tank and transporting the servo to factory/repair shop for winding with suitable size copper wire including barnishing and baking for insulation enhancement and reassembling the all the parts of voltage stabilizer transporting to the site and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of torque motor suitable for voltage stabilizer of capacity 300KVA to 500KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Voltmeter (0-500Volt) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of control switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of relays complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of contactors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing winding of of dimmer of voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 500KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sensing trigger transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement & testing of electronic cards including replacement of all worn out parts like IC's, regulators, condensers, triac, transistors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Micro switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration & filtration of voltage stabilier oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) The filtration of the voltage stabilizer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of the Dinjan Air Force Station. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new voltage stabilizer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power True/ Truoil.
