Daily operation and upkeepment of 11/0.433KV, 1500 KVA Sub-station having 3 nos Transformer of capacity 750 KVA ( two nos ONAN and one no. RESIN CAST) , 1 no. single panel 11 KV VCB panel , 1 no.4 panel VCB Panel , 1 no 11 KV Isolator for outgoing and bypassing of AVR, C.T.,P.T., 7-12 KV, 11±1% , Reverse Q based 1500 KVA Automatic Voltage Regulator having segregated Buck-Boost Transformer, Feed Back Transformer, 400 A Regulator suited for RQ operation ( function at 800 A secondary current injection) alongwith 800 A Reverse Q panel having 4 nos 800 A contactor logically coupled to Flip-Flop alongwith Online UPS, Battery charger,L.T. Panel having three nos incomer of capacity 1250 A and relevent output feeders etc. complete & all other electrical Accessories and Ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC on round the clock basis (three shift of operation) including checking of healthly condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and approprite License (Workmans' Permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI(Electrician) Certificate, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cables laid among different workhouses like sub-station, high lift pumping station, filter house, chemical house, bottling plant, sludge pump house, weigh bridge, internal distribution wiring and illumination of above stated work houses including laboratory and rest houses etc. & findings to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and Outdoor Illuminations & other accessories as & when required including sweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of the sub-station building complex on daily-basis.

Periodial inspection thrice in a month and as & when required by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, Motors,valves with Actuators, flow / level/ pressure instruments, gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.

Periodical maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils, greasing of pump & motor bearing, filling up lubricating oil, change of gland packing etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer & AVR oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, twice in a year (preferably in the month of December and June) and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.
