CERTAIN REPAIR / MAINT WORKS TO CERTAIN BLDGS OF OTM, MD ACCN AND CENTRAL INSTITUTES UNDER AOR OF CT BN AT MIC and S UNDER GE(S) AHILYANAGAR

Dismantling kota, granite, cudappah stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone flooring 18 to 22 mm thick (MIN size of kota stone slab 18"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here in before but 15-18 mm thick as in risers to steps and skirting laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed. Note : Risers provided to steps shall be in one piece.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slabs 18 to 22 mm thick as in treads of steps of stair case in single piece with 2 nos V groove cutting laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rounding and moulding edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick for cooking platform, wash basin, sink etc including cutting chases in wall and fixing the slab in cement mortar including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick pre-polished granite stone slab of approved shade and colour as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, urinal partition, including full round moulding the edge, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing, polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour and shade shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 60mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge, cement concrete interlocking paver blocks (glossy/ rubber matt finish) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Size, shape, pattern and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as dado of size 450x300x6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Color, size and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Color and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge
