PROVN OF SECURITY ENHANCEMENT THROUGH AREA AND PERIPHERAL LIGHTING FOR BLDG NO P - 199, P - 250 AND P - 252 UNDER GE (WEST) MATHURA

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 M wide and not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope for laying of cable, pipe and concrete bed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling and watering well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elecric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC flat twin core of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & fixing of Bollard fitting of 1295mm height fully cast aluminium body finished with polyurethene paint (with prior treatment) of length 736mm & circular base diameter of 177mm and max diameter of leg of bollard 127mm surrounded with fully cast aluminium body finished with PU paint with acrylic window cover as per IS 10322 Part-5, Section-I (latest 2017) including 20 watt LED bulb with PCC 1:2:4 block of size 20x20x20cm including 12mm dia and 5 mm MS nut for fixing of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : B22 brass holder provided with aluminium cover. Make - MEPRO Cat Part No MBL-E-260 or equivalent in other approved make as specified in Appendix 'B'.

Supply & fixing MCB enclosure with automatic street light control system with optical Micro Sensor to sense automatic switching ON at dusk (< 60 lux ) and switching OFF at dawn (> 10 lux) with part night operation facility of minimum 4 to 8 Hrs with a resolution of ½ hour, Low voltage / High voltage trip protection and auto reset, operating voltage 150 - 280V AC, 50 HZ with enclosure made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound to provide a rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof, outdoor type enclosure of IP 54 protection, MCB of current rating 40 Amps and contactor of rating 25 Amp (AC 3) suitable to control the load of 5.0 KW, single phase load with necessary clamping arrangements including making incoming and outgoing cable connections complete in all respect and as directed.
