Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, masonry, brick work, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlarfacings, dressedstonework and precastconcrete articles all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan (including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 mtr and and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No.5.00 here-in -before but each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling in and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundaton and plinth beams; and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforcement cement concerete for foundation footings, plinth beams, bases for column etc type M-25 grade using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
