SPL REPAIR MAINT OF ROOF TREATMENT OF BLDG NO. P-257 and P-252 OF 431(I) SUP PL ASC, BLDG NO. T-01, T-02, P-08, P-09, P-11, P-12, P-13 and P-14 OF OFFRS MD ACCN AND BLDG NO. P-338 and P-368 OF THE SIKH LI REGT CENTRE AT FATEHGARH

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old brick work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing water proofing treatment (including APP membrane, plaster, PCC padding, bricks tiles etc) of any description and any thickness and depositing of the dismantled material outside defence land, complete with roughing, sweeping and cleaning the surface, washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid over RCC roof surface, mixed with approved water proofing compound (WPC) @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing the surfaces even & smooth (without using extra cement) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) WPC will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item. (b) Taking down and refixing existing PVC water tanks, GI tubing and other connected services required for laying PCC shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including use of necessary form work (striaght or curved) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered roof surfaces, including cleaning the surface using wire brush/ pressure hose and application of high performance polyurethane liquid membrane waterproof coating, applied cold in three coats @ minimum 1.8 Kg/Sqm total consumption by spray or brush application, having elongation of 300% to 700% as per ASTM D612, tensile strength not less than 3 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412, crack bridging ability of minimum 3mm as per ASTM C1305, Shore A hardness not less than 60 as per ASTM D2240, including application of epoxy primer @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and including laying of 50 GSM geotextile over the first coat while the coat is wet, complete as per manufacturer's specification, sound engineering practices complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Ponding test of the roof shall be carried out for a continues period of 72 hrs both before and after the roof treatment, as specified and directed. The quoted rate shall be inclusive for the ponding test. In the event of any leakage being observed during the ponding test after completion of the roof treatment, the same shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost and the ponding test shall be repeated until satisfactory results are achieved.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (WPC) (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair steel water tubing 20 mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, galvanized (including short lengths) with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminshing pieces etc fixed to walls or ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 litre rotational moulded, double layer, ISI marked, polyethylene water storage tanks, white in colour (cylindrical vertical with closed threaded top), hoisted and fixed in position connecting up pipes etc including 20 mm PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic float screwed to iron pipe (minimum weight 210 gms) including dismantling existing, water tanks, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 litre rotational moulded, double layer, ISI marked, polyethylene water storage tanks, white in colour (cylindrical vertical with closed threaded top), hoisted and fixed in position connecting up pipes etc including 20 mm PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic float screwed to iron pipe (minimum weight 210 gms) including dismantling existing, water tanks, complete all as specified and directed.
