Cutting of existing GI pipe line up to 100mm dia, (two cuts in position) for inserting new bend/Tee upto 100 mm dia including earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing CI pipe line upto 150mm dia (two cuts in position) for inserting new CI bend both side spigot and socketed type of size 150mm dia, Lead joint 150mm dia, earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Cast iron pipes of size 150mm bore with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast. Class LA, in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast Iron fittings for spigot and socket pipes up to 150mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapes, any (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pipes, single branch, "Y" junction double branch, cross collars caps and plug including push on joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for run lead joints of 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 100mm bore, galvanized steel, water tubing, medium grade (ISI marked), with fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connector back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and union, etc and laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore, galvanized steel, water tubing, medium grade (ISI marked), with fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connector back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and union, etc and laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Cast iron sluice valve of end flanged and drilled PN-1.6 with non rising forged stainless steel spindle (without any by pass arrangement) with hand sheet complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as per confirming to BS 5163 and IS 14096-2000 for 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Existing sluice valve to be re-used.

Material and labour for construction of 1 brick masonry valve pits built in cement mortar 1:6 of size 90 X 90 X 90 cm (Internal dimension) over 15cm, thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 sub base extended all around 15cm beyond external edge of brick work including plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally and plus painting to brick wall surface externally a work proceed complete with MS Sheet cover 10 SWG with handle, angle iron from 40 X 40 X 6mm, 04 numbers, locking arrangement and painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out including forming bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil at a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from starting point all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out of existing 150mm bore cast iron pipe from trenches all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out of existing 100mm bore Galvanised iron pipe from trenches all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out of existing 50mm bore Galvanised iron pipe from trenches all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing Cast iron sluice valve of end flanged and drilled PN-1.6 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Valve pit chamber any size and any type all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Dismantled material obtained from site such as pipes, fittings and fixtures, Lead joints shall be dposited by Contractor in MES store yard of GE Jammu.

Disconnecting all incoming/outgoing electric connection from LT panel/ starter/ electric motor carefully including dismantling/opening nut, bolt of discharge head and taking out submersible/ VT motor pumping set complete with MS column pipe having capacity 7.5 to 25 HP and shifting in workshop for repair/ servicing of pumping set and re-assembling/electric connection and testing at site on full load all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Strip opening complete submersible pumping set having capacity 7.5 to 20 HP any stage/ discharge and dismantling all spare parts by opening studs complete with machine/lathe work/grinding/polishing and fitting of all spare parts and re-assembling/installation in position after necessary repair/replacement of UNSV/defective spare parts all as specified and as directed. (Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as under)

Supply and fixing in replacement of oil immersed star delta starter heavy duty manual operated suitable for submersible pumping set heavy relay overload relay range 37-50 Ampere, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase confirming to ISI complete with initial filling of oil all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 26.00 here-in-before but overload relay range 17-25 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out all incoming / outgoing electric connection from LT panel/ starter/ motor/ voltage stabilizer carefully for repair to cable/ rectification the fault and re-connecting in position after repair and preparation the cable and fixing complete with nut, bolts, washers for cable size 25 to 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Preparation of 3.5 core cable, 4 wire each and will be considered one job.

All as per Ser Item No 29.00 above here-in-before but suitable for cable size 70-95 Sqmm complete all as speicifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible motor rotor for 20 to 25 HP motor complete with bearing upper / lower bearing housing, sleeves, tee bolts and bush complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
