Taking down ceiling fans carefully after removing electrical connection of any make and size, bringing in to MES workshop, dismantling blades washing of fan body and blades with proper detergent, opening of fan motor and greasing and oiling/ overhauling of ball bearing and bushes respectively complete including replacement of defective unserviceable ball bearing & bushes reassembling the fan motor and testing complete including replacement of unserviceable defective spare parts such as 3 core 1sqmm copper flexible wire, fan capacitor 2.5/3.15MFD, capacitor holding clamp, PVC connector ,canopies, rubber reel hanging clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt etc of suitable length, split pins heavy duty of sizes locking screws & fan blades fixing screws if found unserviceable /defective including refixing fan at required location all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor, capacitor holding clamp, PVC connector, Bolts, Nuts, rubber packing holding clamp, Split pin ,bearings/bushes and screws etc shall measured and paid separately under respective items.

Painting of ceiling fan off sizes with one coat of milky white enamelled spray paint of approved quality after preparation of surface, filling of cavities with metal putty, rewriting the MES No on the fan body with black paint complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC Exhaust fans, AC single phase 230/240 V of size 230mm sweep with louver as required for fixing and electrical connection upto ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc. complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed, FRLS cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade with universal colour code (Phase & Neutral), drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) with accessories like bends, tee junction boxes fixed on wall, ceiling etc. with sunk mild steel pressed terminal box 1.6mm thick sheet duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS cable, copper conductor multi-stranded, 1.5 Sq.mm size in green colour, for one light / call bell / fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair switch piano flush type, 5 Amps, AC, single pole, one way, 230 Volts (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x 50mm having 3 terminals, PVC polycarbonate and isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 1X25Watts including lamp made of pressure die cast housed with heat resistance toughened glass and high power LED with secondary optics,aluminium IP66 protection, 6500K impact resistance of IK 07 & 10 KV(SEOUL) external surge protection device including necessary brackets, nuts, bolts and washer as required for fixing and making electrical connections to by using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 1X45Watts including lamp made of pressure die cast housed with heat resistance toughened glass and high power LED with secondary optics,aluminium IP66 protection, 6500K impact resistance of IK 07 & 10 KV(SEOUL) external surge protection device including necessary brackets, nuts, bolts and washer as required for fixing and making electrical connections to by using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 6/4 sqmm size cable including conduit or wooden batten and removing the material from site and making good the surfaces of walls, ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth lead in and including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead in and including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' upto 2 metre above ground level and connected to machinery earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of charcoal and common salt 15cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009, testing on completion including providing PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm C/C both way and frame including excavation earthwork and returning filling etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth pit shall be constructed 50cm from the side of excavation to avoid sinking of pit.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free grounding solution set composing of high tensile low carbon steel rod of 3mtr length and 17.2mm dia with 250 micron (average) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirement of UL 467 including suitable copper earth termination clamp alongwith back fill compound of 22.3 kgs strictly of carbon based conductive concrete type, having fixed carbon content of more than 99% and resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm per mtr, standard back fill compound should be electrically conductive (like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction, size of bore 80mm dia, 12 feet depth, including provision of earth pit cover made of heavy duty polyplastic and earth inspection cover made of high grade polypropylene of size top dia 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330mm and height not less than 260mm dia, with cap complete all as specified and directed. Make : JEF Eco safe earthing/ ISG Global or equivalent. Note : On testing, after completion earth resistance should be less than 01 Ohm.

Supply and fixing in repair copper earth strip 20x3mm including all accessories i.e. Earth continuity or main earthing lead fixed to wall onbatten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI wire 4mm with GI protection pipe 15mm bore complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
