Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n-exceeding 15cm thickness ( below or above ground floors.) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection joint filled with bitumen sand mixer 50mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded rushed stone aggregate 25mm thick as in flooring etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of vitreous china wash basin, oval type size 195x590x420mm , including all fittings and fixtures complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, non-skid, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed laid and jointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including rubbing and polishing complete with machine all as specified as on stair shelves etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 18-20 mm thick in skirting/dado etc laid over 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 as back coat and jointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified as in directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for repairing RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded crushed crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm (if required) with or without facia and finished with cement mortar 1:3 using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm and thickness RCC member n.exc 70mm incl necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete. (note: welded mesh to be paid separately)

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as directed by the Engr-in -charge.

M&L for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrance roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification (a) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @ 3Kg/Sqm (b) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proffing compound as per manfactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and evn including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof (leveling course) (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conferming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm on the cleaned plastered surfaces (d)Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bituminof grade 85/25 @1.2Kg per Sqm primed surfaces (e) Applying a layer of APP base polymerie membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm reinforces) with polyster non woven fabric wighing not les than 160 gms per Aqm by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps.

M&L for providing 20mm thick precast plain cement concrete tiles jointed & pointed flush in cement mortar 1:6 over 15mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) using 5% creosote oil ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for tube 'medium grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling etc 15mm bore including taking down steel tubing and connections and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks, capacity exceeding 250 liters but not exceeding 500 liters setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately), complete all as specified and directed .

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I 500 ltr capacity including dismantling water tanks and removing to store , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or stone surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on fair faces for cone surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cement mortar1:3 on ceiling , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or stone surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cement mortar1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note: cost of WPC is included in item).

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall with 1mm thick Birla putty on plastering surface and applying two coat of oil emulsion white or coloured over a coat of primer of chalkwihiting or priming of OBD on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated un- decorated, plastered or unplasterted surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of exterior emulsion (Apex paint) complete all as specified and as directed by engineer - in- charge

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to 200 mm bore internal pipe including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 cover slab for manholes etc using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates set in cement mortar 1:4, complete and including necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking bends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not-less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide & n. exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes/cable/pipe line etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n. exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete.

M& L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cement mortar inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming of earth incl stone boulders in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 mtr and n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point.

M&L for 200mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP3 , laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells including excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3m dia x 4.5m effective depth . Drawing No- CE/TD/1202/2008 sheet 1/2 and 2/2 .

S&F for stainless steel body grease trap for kitchen waste water capacity to filter minimum 250 ltrs per hours of suitable size including connecting to pipe coming from kitchen to outlet sewage line including all fittings and excavation in trenches, plain cement concrete to sides ,base of trap and connected work etc complete as per manufacrurers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 18,450.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
