SPL REPAIR AND CONVERSION OF OH LINE INTO UG CABLE WITH ALLIED WORKS OF ENGR REGT AND CONNECTED AREA OF MIL STN AT SUKNA UNDER GE SUKNA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole/strut etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

S & F of Pole mounted Junction box with terminals of size 182 x 180 x 111 mm, made of high quality thermoplastic polycarbonate, dust & jet water proof, chemical, acid corrision, impact IK-09, insulated & shock proof IP 66, grey RAL 7035 color with internaly embedded gasket (PUR) , along with cover and metric knockout all sides including back of the base must including terminals 4Nos including fixing arrangement with MS flat of size 40X4mm , nuts , bolt and washers and MCB SP 6-32 Amps 01 No including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 15mm dia fixing to pole from JB to security light complete incl fixing arrangement to pole with the help of 03 pairs of clamps and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover of size 230x115x75 mm to LT underground cables with sub class 'B' over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
