Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Construction of RCC spiral staircase (12 m Stagging Height) in RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 Coarse Aggregate) using 20 mm HBGS of 1.80 m diameter of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC Handrails including earthwork excavation, providing CC 1:4:8 mix, RCC footing 1:1.5:3 mix, GL platform etc., and also including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering, precasting charges, cement, painting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.The staircase shall be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval.

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60m water tight CI manhole frame and cove of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and confirming to IS: 1726-1974 (heavy duty) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and fixing in position of enamel water level indicator with all accessories of approved pattern and design etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for Staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel Pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel Pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing CI pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and delivery of the 40mm (1 lpm to 400lpm adjustable type arrangements) OHT flow control valve with female BSP threaded ends, (20mm length) with Stainless Steel Body as per ANSI 202 Grade, Plug, Flange – Nylon 66, (with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/NABL accredited lab, Working Pressure 10 KSC, FCRI, Palgaut pressure test and flow test to be furnished) Triangular notch type flow control path with opening reference scale arrangements for flow notch and Upstream & Downstream pressure checking spring loaded mouth arrangements, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Labour charges for Painting SIPCOT Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the Service Reservoirs including cost of all consumables, one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges including painting NRDWP Logo on the Service Reservoirs etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.- 2000 LPM x 40m Head etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and delivery of 4.00 sqmm submersible cable for pumpset erection, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
