Important Note: (1)The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration as per relevant laws. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made. (2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including machine mixing,consolidating, finishing, curing ,etc complete but excluding formwork and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding formwork as per specifications.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth upto FFL, in cement mortar 1:6, including cost of stones, casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (with reinforcement) @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100mm dia etc. complete including the cost of cement concrete 1:2:4, as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using spotless black trap or approved local stone lying idly in RRCAT campus in foundation and plinth upto FFL in remote areas within RRCAT campus including casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100m dia etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Stones shall be collected by the contractor within RRCAT campus on as is where is basis and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2. The stones shall be cleaned off any loose material before use. 3. The stone shall be used in judicious manner to minimize wastage.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using spotless black trap or approved local stone lying idly in RRCAT campus in Superstructure in remote areas within RRCAT campus including casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100mm dia etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Stones shall be collected by the contractor within RRCAT campus on as is where is basis and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2. The stone shall be used in judicious manner to minimize wastage.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete.

Dismantling rubble masonry in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. lead as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering in foundation , footing etc. using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain mass concrete work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dry stone pitching, 230mm thick using spotless stone including supply of stone, preparation of surface, setting the stones to the proper slope etc. complete.

Cement pointing ( Raised & Cut ) to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands as specified in "list of preferred makes", having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.)

Labour Charge only for transporting and fixing chainlink fencing and MS angles any where in RRCAT premises. The scope of work includes fixing of MS angles to the ground and chainlink fencing to it using binding wire etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Chainlink fencing & MS angles will be supplied by the department free of cost which will be returned back to departmental store after completion of work..
