CIVIL PEDESTAL SUPPORT: Providing of CM 1:1.5:3 cement concrete pedestal in the existing terrace surface rigidly as sufficient for accommodating LED lighting signage and its steel supports size of minimum 1.5ft x 1ft. Confirming to IS 456: 2000. Cement make: Chettinad/Ultratech/Ramco/ KCP

GI POWER COATED LOUVER: Fabrication and SITC of Minimum 1.2mm thick GI powder coated 150 mm wide Louvers shall be provided each of 150 mm thick & 8 feet Height as required. Confirming to IS 277: 2003. GI make: TATA/Jindal/SAIL/JSW

3D - IIITDM SIGNAGE: Design & SITC of minimum 1800mm Height female lighting frame in metal powder coated and Male lighting frame in aluminium trim cap having minimum width of 150 mm and thickness of minimum 75 mm as suitable and the letters & Lighting size shall be visible clearly from 1.0 km away. All letters in 3 Dimensional FACIA in 040 imported transparent Acrylic Finish. The above all inclusive of supply, fabricating, fixing, manpower, transportation, consumables to all complete as required. Items must be complied with the applicable IS standard.

ELETRICAL LIGHT FITTINGS: SITC of LED lighting Strip Signage Lighting fittings consists of 150-degree wide angle allows the light to spread uniformly and eliminate the hot spots, suitable for outdoor applications having Ingress Protection of Minimum 65 rated, High pressure injection moulded casing, high luminous efficiency guaranteed up to 95 Lumens per watt (Energy efficient as per BEE) and easy installation with double sided tape and screw hole for assured installation, the wattage of light and drives/controllers/SMPS shall be introduced to the make that the lighting shall be clearly visible from 1.0 km distance as required as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge. ELETRICAL WIRING: SITC of suitable (Minimum 4.0 Sq.mm) size FRLS, PVC insulated, multi – stranded copper cable for outdoor usage as per IS 7098 & amendments and having phase, neutral and earth in concealed or surface mounted for circuit/main wiring from lab block terrace lighting DB to switchboard or socket outlet using 2mm thick PVC/MS electrical class ISI marked conduit with clamps, saddles and all other conduit accessories to complete as required, includes suitable electrical & surge protection to the structure including earthing etc., as required along with the suitable rated ‘C’ curve MCB & timer in the box along with required din rail and internal wiring, lugs in PVC junction/canopy box of minimum IP65 rated etc., as required as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.
