Cutting of bushes, shrubs and dispose off the garbage to a distance not exceeding 50M and cleaning the site including surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area, exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil (materials) exc 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum/ red bajri filling in trenches/ under foundation, laid in layers not exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregate (granite/ basalt/ trap) of gauge 80 to 150mm as in banking of weep holes, soakage pits, soakage wells, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations including rafts, footing, plinth beams, bases for columns and the like etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in slabs supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs, landings and the like; complete all as specified & directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in walls, retaining walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified & directed. Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks using modular size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similar works including attachment pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or Sloping), for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed in concrete, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, with or without socketed, in any length as in weep holes complete all as specifed & directed. Make:- Supreme or Kisan Mouldings pvt Ltd or Finolex as approved by GE.

Supply, laying & jointing, reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, 1200mm nominal bore with collars, laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 1200mm bore including forming cradles in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Special Notes for work:- (a) Subject work shall be executed in open area, hence, before starting the work at site, contractor shall prepare the contour map of whole area/ work site by taking levels at 5.0M grid interval with reference to BM of the area and after prepared contour map same shall be submited to GE for their approval and to finalise the cross section and invert level of site. Overall quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor/ firm on these accounts. (b) Working Drg No. GE (W) JBP/WD-01/2020 having Srl page No. 84 of tender has also been uploaded with tender documents to follow the architectural details of drain only and actual dimensions of drain shall be as per ground/ site conditions and as directed/ approved by GE. (c) Details of reinforcement duly approved by GE shall be provided by Engr-in-Charge during execution of work. (d) Form work shall be approved by GE before starting the concreting of RCC work. Notes for (b), (c) & (d) above:- Being item rate contract, all items of drain like RCC, Reinforcement for RCC, Form Work, Moorum Filling and Hard Core etc shall be measured and paid separately as per actual provided/ used at site.
