Material and labour for earthing in repair complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire 4.00 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers including 15 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead upto the length of 7.5 meter towards test terminal and 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for watering, and providing of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, including necessary earth work in any type of soil and including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 with provision of wire mesh and funnel, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part- I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to valve on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as reqd 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Air Termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement of Copper strips 20x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for porcelain insulator suitable for copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm properly fixed on wall and roof complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and fixing only old serviceable copper strips of size 20x3.15 mm with porclain insulators on wall/floor including brazing of broken strips complete all as specified and directed. Note: Porcelain insulators will be measured and paid saperately under respective item of BoQ.

M&L in repair Detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressible type SMOKE DETECTOR photoelectric optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS 11390 compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in repair fire alarm response indicator compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair fire alarm sounders/sirens electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for alteast 50 minutes with sound level 65 Db to 120 Db measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of +5 Db 1000 m range and connected to electric supply compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair battery, 12V, 12AH with minimum 36 months warranty complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fix in repair fire alarm Addressible manual Call point resettable type compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for Flame proof sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 sq mm single core copper conductor cable drawn through in steel conduit ISI marked with fitting and 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor cable for continues earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance servicing and testing of APFC panel of capacity 90 KVAr -120 KVAr including cheching of Phase cap capacitors in all capacitor banks ,all MCCB's ,duty contactors, ST relay and all connected wiring including refitting of complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair phase cap capacitor of capacity 5 KVAr in APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair phase cap capacitor of capacity 10 KVAr in APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair phase cap capacitor of capacity 12.5 KVAr in APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair phase cap capacitor of capacity 15 KVAr in APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying 50 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated, steel armoured alumunium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cable in trenches / ducts / through pipes / on poles / roads fixing to the poles through clamps and connecting up, testing and commissioning including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cables, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repair double wall corrugates (DWC) high density polythethylene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall for protection of underground cables. Inner dia of pipe 75mm with all fittings laid in trenches /road/nallah or fixed along wall,poles or laid under floor for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of inserting cable in pipe deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Supply and lay in repair double wall corrugates (DWC) high density polythethylene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall for protection of underground cables. Inner dia of pipe 32mm with all fittings laid in trenches /road/nallah or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor for cable protection all as specified and directed Note: Cost of inserting cable in pipe deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Supply, jointing and testing LT straight through joints, outdoor heat shrinkable 1100 Volts grade, suitable for 3.5 core 1.1 KV UG cable of size 50 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm including taking out old unserviceable joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Srl item no. 27.00 here-in-before but 4 core, 25 sq.mm to 35 sq.mm size.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and M & L for brick work built in cement mortar(1:6)using sub class 'B' old size bricks curved or straight in plan exc 6m mean radius for water pipe line staging at any height complete all as specified & directed.

Demoltion of cement-concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and M&L for PCC for supporting of pipes etc of type C-2 (1:3:6) by using 20mm crushed broken stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.
