Dismantling of Pressed tiles and weathering course as per item no 38B

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dsesign & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m3

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm (100% new tiles ) of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Distempering in two coats using oil bound distemper including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete. Old surface

Providing and fixing of PVC rain water down fall pipe 110mm dia with necessary T W Clamps, Plug, Shoes, bend, Screws, nails etc., complete

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5a F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC Wire of making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Open light point / Fan point (for electronic regulator) SD.18

Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW Switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem Sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD.38

Supply and fixing of fancy glass shade and 11W CFL for BH point (SD.80)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flue tube with PVC Unsheathed coper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD.88)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106
