SH:I: Supply of Materials

Supply of Recess mounted LED Luminaire suitable for operating on 230V 50 Hz AC supply Philips make RC380B LED 42S-6500 G4 L60 W 60 PSU OD including driver etc or its equivalent as per attached technical specifications as required.

Supply of 70Watts LED fitting opearating on 230V, 50 HZ A/C supply of Philips Make of Cat No. BY400V LED72S CW SK PSU S2 FGWH including driver etc or its equivalent as per attached technical specifications as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required ( i/c the following RCCB and MCB’s)

a) 63A , 4 pole MCB,10 KA - 01 No.

b) 63 A ,4pole RCCB 300 mA -01 No.

c) 10 A - 32A SP MCB "C " Series - 24 Nos.

Supply of following size of 1.1kv grade multistrand aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 (part1)1988 with up to date amendments. 4 core × 25 Sq.mm.

SH II : Electrical Wiring, Laying of cables, End terminations, Earthing & ITC of Electrical Items & Misc. items etc.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

a) Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

a) Group C

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit as required.

2 x 1.5 sq.mm + 1 x 1.5 sq.mm earth wire

2 x 2.5 sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire

2X 4 sq.mm + 1 X 4 sq.mm earth wire

4X 2.5 sq.mm + 2 X 2.5 sq.mm earth wire

4X 4 sq.mm + 2 X 4 sq.mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface flexible metal pipe of suitable size as required.

a) 2 x 1.5 sq.mm + 1 x 1.5 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 01 No. 10/6A & 20/10 A modular combined socket outlet and 01 No. SP modular switch 10 amps and 01 No. SP 20/10 amps modular switch with neon indication, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 Nos. 3 pin 10 A modular socket outlets and 2 Nos. 10 A modular switches with neon indication, connection etc. as required for mobile charging.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fittings of Philips make RC380B LED 42S-6500 G4 L60 W 60 PSU OD including driver etc. or equivalent , complete with all accessories etc. directly on false ceiling, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing ,chain supports etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED fitting opearating on 230V, 50 HZ A/C supply of Philips Make of Cat No. BY400V LED72S CW SK PSU S2 FGWH including driver or equivalent complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing ,with suitable size clamp support etc. as required.

Dismantling the existing 70W/150W/250W MH Light fittings and shifting the same to AAI Store .

Dismantalling, Shifting and Re - installation of different types of signages,cubicle sign boards and exit sign boards on wall/ceiling including removing and rewiring connections complete etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 core × 25 Sq.mm.
