Disconnecting existing water tank exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering of required) cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick tiles laid in single layer jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including leeping plaster (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removal of old Mud , debris , spoil etc retrived from roof outside MoD Land ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in mass concrete and roof padding ,and like including weathering slight rounded and throating ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (before laying of membrane) including cleaning roof surfaces and dispose off the rubbish material as directed ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying 3mm (Minimum) thick APP film based poly meric membrance minimum weighing 3Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application along the length of 100mm lapping strip to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the roof by brooms , with and including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane surfaces and sprinkle the coarse sand on primed surfaces ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles but except tiles (old serviceable tiles obtained from dismantling) shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar) laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including form work ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with old bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) with and including using WPC 2% of weight of cement and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal from site ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to walls with & including nuts,bolts and clamps at every 2 metres length with including all fittings ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for prepration of newly plastered/un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
