Surface preparation: Providing anc cleaning floor, Wall surfaces up to 300 mm high or up to floor level to make it free from debris, dirt, dust and other contaminants by using wire brush, grinding all sharp edges to make it flush with the surface, repairs of cracks if any, etc and complete as per manufacturer's Specifications. Construction joints/ crack treatments: Providing and cut opening the construction joints/ Shrinkage cracks by making groove in the form of "V" Shape at required size cleaning the area at sides of the construction joints/ cracks, application of polymer mortar etc and complete as per specifications Water Proof coating: Providing and applying Asian paints smartcare/ STP super thermolay/ Sika APP Polymer Modified bituminious membrane (3mm thick) using gas burner to ensure complete adhesion to the substrate, Along with Solvent based bitumen primer to single coat, which structures from water penetration while remaining flexible to handle the nominal expansion and contraction of substrates. As per the manufacturer's Specifications.
Top coat:- Providing and Applying of Aluminim paint on the entire water proofed area for protection from direct sun light
