Supply and fixing in repair of Solar LED street light luminaire complete suitable for solar street light DC supply of not less than 35 Watt with LED driver and auto dusk and dawn off control, IP65 outdoor type in and including all necessary new wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper for PV panel, battery, MCB,including S & F charge controller as per site for making functioning of LED on solar light on existing stand alone solar system, servicing, cleaning of PV panel complete, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Material and labour for removing of existing loop cable from under ground, after rectificattion of fault /damaged cable portion and rearrange the cable to same existing location with proper connections including lugs, nuts, bolts including Earth work etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road/ floor for laying of pipe / cables n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m deep including refilling with material and watering well ramming compacting and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type B1 suitable thick complete all as specified and directed. Note-PCC shall measured and paid separately under relevant itemof schedule.

Cutting and Trimming of tree branches touching street / security poles or light fittings etc, to clear the tree branches around the pole and maintain a clearance of 1.50 M radius of the pole top or light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) An area of 1.5 M surrounding the pole to be cleared off trees branches. (b) Measurement and payment will be made for all cutting / trimming near top of the each pole as one job only.

Dismantling and taking out following size cable from existing feeder pillar/ LT panel and removing/ cutting burned part of cable including taking out loop for extension of cable upto required length and fixing /connecting the cable in existing position including necessary nuts, bolts, lugs of approriate size and refixing of cable gland complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for following sizes: Note: The quoted rate includes necessary earth work and supply and fixing of lugs of appropriate sizes.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT feeder pillar box/panel boards after preparing/ scraping the surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface including painting with two coat of exterior enamel paint water proof suitable for existing LT feeder pillar box/panel board surfaces including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note: White washing to copping/pedestal of LT feeder pillar box / panel board shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for welding works to existing LT feeder pillar box/panel board doors including removing broken hinges and supply and fixing new heavy duty hinges as per existing type and qty including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and painting with synthetic enamel paint over redoxide on the welded surfaces to make good the disturbed surface and match with existing tint complete all as specified and as directed.
