Supply & fix IN REPAIRS Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply & fix IN REPAIRS Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitabe size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply & fix IN REPAIRS including fabrication, display board of size 30cm x 25cm for earth pit Nos, location and periodical test results, lightening arrester, earthing etc., made out of MS sheet 4.0 mm thick, rectangular shape and welding to and including 12 mm dia rod of 50cm length, 30cm above ground level including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 below ground level in earth pit of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 20 cm, painting all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (black colour) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and thereafter writing instructions on display board in white letters not less than 5cm size for all type of boards complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: Excavation and earthwork in any type of strata, PCC work, formwork including screws, nuts & bolts etc. required for erection of display board as specified above is deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item.

Supply & fix IN REPAIRS Test point terminal box made out of Gun metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed, including 3Nos 8mm dia, 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, etc ccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for providing IN REPAIRS, copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitabe size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for providing IN REPAIRS after taking down old unserviceable earthing, Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing, CPRI tested, maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology, upgraded (Zinc coated), Zinc & Alloy coated (80-100 microns) with pure zinc 99.9% & Alloy coating (200-250 microns) Earthing system, conforming to IS 3034; The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm and 41.9mm dia respectively 3 mtrs long, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on top side for additional protection of the terminal; The annular space between the pipes to be filled up with Compact fill (CF) Crystalline Conductive mixture, which should be machine pressed in the pipes not to disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes; The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity; The job includes digging the pits, lowering the pipe in pipe earth electrode, filling of pure conductolite back filling compound (BFC Conductolite) 250mm around the electrode (minimum 4 bags of 25 kg per unit, having excellent moisture retaining capacity; The BFC should be eco friendly and it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal, having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab; The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and to safe guard terminals; The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions; The job also includes for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

NOTE: (i) Design of earth electrode should be of pipe-in-pipe technology. (ii) Contractor has to submit literature of earth electrode and get the make approved from GE before procurement. (iii) The earth electrode shall be CPRI tested to withstand short current test for 60kA rms for 1.0 second and 150kA for peak current. (iv) Contarctor has to fill pure back fill compound 250 mm all around the earth electrode up to full depth of pit. (v) Copper strip will be laid 20 cm below ground level and shall be connected to the test point drawn through HDPE pipe of 25mm dia for protection. (vi) Contarctor shall submit the test report of earthing after satisfactory completion of earthing. (vii) Cost for providing HDPE pipe is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item No. 6.00. (viii) The work of Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing shall be carried out all as specified under BOQ item No. 6.00 above including notes mentioned at 6.01 above.

Supply & fix IN REPAIRS GI tubing, 40mm bore, light grade, for cable protection and fixing to the existing pole with and including flat iron clamp 25x 3mm of suitable size including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supplying & Laying in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts, 1100 volts grade 3.5/4.0 core XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including taking down of old unsv cable, of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site:- NOTE: (i)The rate quoted is inclusive for providing cable glands with suitable aluminium lugs wherever required. (ii) Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this BOQ.

Material and labour IN REPAIRS, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead GI strips 32 X 6mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point, including providing GI pipe 40mm bore(dia) light grade for earth lead protection, GI pipe 20mm Bore(dia) Medium grade for watering, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, RCC earthing pit/ chamber, cover plate, wire mess, funnel, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Material and labour for Manual boring under roads/hard standing by reqd T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for drawing GI pipe of 80mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item in this BOQ.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supplying and spreading fine dry river sand for cushioning to underground cable including spreading, levelling and hand punning etc complete all as specified in SSR Part-I 2010 and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for laying sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size for cable protection laid flat, in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Removing of excavated soil not exc 50m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour IN REPAIRS for laying GI pipe, light grade, 80mm bore with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors, on poles, in manual horizontal bore under item No. 14.00 for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling, mass concrete including necessary formwork for coping to the new/existing Steel Poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for Cutting road/ wall to a width of 20cm and depth of 30cm for inserting GI protection pipe required for drawing cable and making good the same by filling back the excavated groove/trench with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 after laying of pipes for cable protection, to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.
