Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster of 12mm to 20 patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Kharanja Stone soling properly handpacked filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour)including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked togetherthrough their entire length and jointed together at theend by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipeshaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements forinside and outside locking with push and pull operationcomplete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufacturedfrom high tensile steel wire of adequate strengthconforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing white plastic seat and cover (Solid / Hollow type) for wash down water closet with C.P. Brass hinges and rubber buffers. as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .
