1.Mandate form for NEFT ( to be filled by the tenderer as per annexure E ) 2.Undertaking for not black listed/debarred from participating Rly tender. (as per Annexure-F.) 3.Employment/Partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees as per Annexure-H.

The following documents are to be submitted along with the Tender. 1.Power of Attorney to sign and upload tender documents. 2.The constitution of their concern & PAN Card Copy. etc., 3.Tender declaration as per Annexure-1 4.Tenderers details as per Annexure-G.

Rates are inclusive of all tax. The tenderer has to remit GST at the extant rates and submit documentary evidence failing which the same will be deducted by Railways.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

All the copies of annexure enclosed with the tender should be duly filled in by the tenderer and uploaded in the appropriate columns duly signed and stamped on each page
