Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. DSR 2.6.1

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 coarse sand :10 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. DSR 4.1.10

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. DSR 2.27

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chaijjas, lintels, bands,plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : of lintal, beam, plinth beams girders and cantilevers with water proof ply 12mm thick DSR 5.9.21

Steel reinforcement work for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete. DSR 5.22.1 mild steel and medium tensile steel.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of designation 7.5 in super structre above plinnth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand . (SI 6.4.1)
