Periodical maintenance such as replacement of Engine oil , Oil filter ,air filter and diesel filter cleaning of filters replacement of water hose,cleaning of filter housing etc of make: Cummins / kirlosker / Greaves diesel engine generating set including replacement of rusted and defective nuts, bolts and washer etc as required at site for following capacity one in a quartely duration all as directed. Notes 1. spares oil and filter required for maintenance of DG sets will be measured and paid separately. 2. Maintenance/ servicing of DG sets has to be carried out every 250 hours to maintain the servicebility of DG sets.

Note : Welding set for welding shall be arranged by contractor on site repair.

Repair of self starter for 25 KVA and 82.5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of dynamo for 82.5 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of leakage/mixing lub oil & coolent/Diesel of for DG Set 82.5 to 160 KVA including body packing ,gasket ,oil seal,liner including as per requirement and complete connection with engine connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of leakage/mixing lub oil & coolent/Diesel of for DG Set 25 to 62.5 KVA including body packing ,gasket ,oil seal,liner including as per requirement and complete connection with engine connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of alternator assembly of DG Set of following capacity from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor filed coils and excitor coils, rewinding the alternator with copper enemeld wire with same size and same gauge, replacement of insulation material,heating and varnishing,provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the alternator fully serviceable,reassembling the alternator,shifting back to installation,assembling the same with engine,making electric connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Alternator of DG set 25 KVA ,30 ,50 & 62.5 KVA complete all as specified.

(b) Alternator of DG set 82.5 KVA,125 KVA & 160 KVA complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Fuel feed pump of DG set any capacity connection complete all as specified and as directed.MAKE : Kirloskar/CG/Cummins

Repair/ servicing of central heating system complete including replacement of such as filter,fuel pipe,tank cleaning etc including connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 11360.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tenative amount to be considered to arrived at the 'Contract Sum'
