Dismantling cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breakingg to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately. (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-10, Item No.6 )

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil or silt (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Grandular Sub-base with well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers wth motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheelo roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per technical spercification clause-401 (As per Analysis).

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in Raft foundation, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-5, Item No.9 Spec. no. 5.1).

R.C.C work in Wall (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillers, columns, pillars, abutments, post and struts etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement All work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-5, Item No.9 Spec. no. 5.2)

No. 5.1).

M.S or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary of the work and including the suply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (As per Analysis of Rate)
