SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IIIA : DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING Disconnecting cable connections, taking down carefully switch fuses, DBs of any size/capacity complete with all accessories and deposit to users all as directed.

Taking out carefully PVC insulated/sheathed sub main wiring with copper/aluminium conductor cable of size upto 16 sqmm on wooden batten/PVC conduits complete with batten/conduits, remove from size and hand over to users all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully aluminum conductor cable LT, PVC, 1100 volts grade of size upto 185 sqmm 3.5 core from the ducts laid in floors, along poles/walls/equipments etc laid and passed through pipes or laid bare in road crossing/drains/ paths/along walls/poles/floors etc and in similar locations and hand over to users complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all cable connections and taking down carefully EOT crane of capacity 5 Ton complete with all accessories including over head traction, control gears etc and hand over to users complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all incoming and out going and taking out carefully LT panel board LT panel board indoor type ACBs/OCBs and MCCBs starters etc any type/capacity and remove from site and hand over to users all as specified and directed

Dismantling glazed windows ventilators of size fixed with fillets complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IXA : EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Indoor type, cubical LT panel board, CPRI approved factory made, alround powder coated (Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade) suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and provided with suitable 'U' type gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93, floor block mounting type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with using 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, factory fabricated duly compartmentalized for cable alloy and each control gear with front openable, lockable / openable by keys louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air and to accommodate incommer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than the 1500Amps ACB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size on same type insulators and having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of not less than 630 AMP, 45 KA breaking capacity (100% neutral bus bar) copper bus bar sandwich bus duct system made of CRCA sheet/hot galvanized enclosure of thickness not less than 1.5 IP 55 degree of prorection as per IEC/EN61439-6 painted with RAL 7035, the insulation between the bars is ensured by multilayer sheath made with polyester film PET (Polyethelene terapthalate) (total thickness 0.9 mm between phase to phase) and thermal class "F" (155 degree c) the bus bar conductors should have rectangular cross-section with round corner and made up of high conductivity copper with copper and tin coating over the sentire length of the conductors. PVC/plastic insulated bus bar in convenient section including end cover units and braided type copper flexible connectors as per site requirement suitable for 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC system etc (insulation voltage shall be 1000V) tapping at each floor/every meter continous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of size (one on each side including GI champing, brackets, angle iron brackets, steel fasteners) connecting to earth system. Entire bus duct arrangement should be laid/connected with suspension brackets, wall brackets and any other supporting system required horizontally or vertically throughout the entire length alongwith necessary nuts, bolts and fixing items etc for satisfactory completion of job as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. End feed unit is provided with sufficient space for direct cable connections by nuts and bolts & flange end box can be provided with end feed unit for accommodating protective devices like ACB/MCCB etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of suitable bend to connect the sandwich (insulation voltage shall be 1000 volts) type copper bus bar trunking 3 Phase + 100% neutral, current capacity of each phase neutral should not be less than 630 Amps 45 KA breaking capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply alongwith suspension brackets, wall brackets, supports required nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of suitable Tee bend to connect the sandwich (insulation voltage shall be 1000 volts) type copper bus bar trunking 3 Phase + 100% neutral, current capacity of each phase neutral should not be less than 630 Amps 45 KA breaking capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply alongwith supports required nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of suitable Terminal end cover to connect the sandwich (insulation voltage shall be 1000 volts) type copper bus bar trunking 3 Phase + 100% neutral, current capacity of each phase neutral should not be less than 630 Amps 45 KA breaking capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply alongwith nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Top-Off units (plug in box) with provision for MCCB of capacity 200 Amps to tap power supply from sandwich (insulation voltage shall be 1000 volts) type copper bus bar trunking 3 Phase + 100% neutral nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed :- Note for Item No 35 to 39:- (i) MCCB's shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) All Tap-Off units can be interlocked to prevent removal when outgoing device is in 'ON' position. (iii) Misc items required to connect the plug in box deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. (iv) The bolted boxes are to be installed directly on the junction when bus bar is disconnected and not energized plug in type top of boxes can be installed and removed when bus bar is energized.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XA : EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for brick masonry valve chamber of size 600 mm x 600 min x 600 mm (Internal dimension) using one brick thick wall, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate or brick work in CM 1:6 including necessary excavation RFR, removal of surplus oil to a distance not exceeding 50 M, PCC,1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) 6mm thick MS sheet cover with MS angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm including locking arrangment, 2 coat of bituminous painting over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII : CHEMICAL EARTHING Earthing complete, chemical type, with copper earth plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3m deep and 1.5m side) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25m below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip earth lead 32mm x 6mm size by means of copper brazing strip and layers of salt, charcoal & magnesium sulphate including funnel with wire mesh including testing of earthing on completion; minimum three chemical pits are to be made and connected in a grid to meet the earth resistance of the grid as a whole as <0.5Ω, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Earthing to be done in presence of Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Charcoal (small pieces) - 250Kg, Salt (Crystal) - 250 Kg, Magnesium suplhate (crystal) - 100 Kg. (c) Copper strip shall be brazed with copper plate electrode. (d) Alternate layers of charcoal and salts should be laid in the earth pit on the top of copper plate; at least 5 such layers shall be laid. (e) After laying the alternate layers of charcoal and salts, a two inch layer of magensium sulphate shall be laid. (f) The chemical salt and magnesium suplhate shall not be mixed, but are to be laid in layers only.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII : TELEPHONE AND LAN CONNECTION Supply & lay telephone switch board cable with tinned copper /bar copper PVC / polythene insulation over all concealed individual pair sheathed with polystered backed aluminium tape and fine copper cable braid PVC FR/FRLS of conductor size 0.5mm to 2/4 pair suitable for telephone connection complete all as specified and directed.
