Clearing grass, bushes, roots and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area
Earthwork in excavation over areas (exceeding 30cms in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10sqmts on plan) in all types of stratas comprising of any type of materials such as soil, silt clay, sand, gravel, murrum of all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured / shattered rock, decomposed rocks, weathered rock, etc and all such other materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method / methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc as directed by Engineer etc. all complete including refilling, dressing of sides, ramming of bottom, including all lead and lift, including getting out the excavated soil as directed including pumping and bailing out water, barricading danger, lightening, guarding as directed by Engineer upto depth of 1.5m (Blasting Prohibited).
Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified s izes whose compressive strengths not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .
12mm cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)
Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and spraying, RIPSTAR SS to hardern top layer of loose lateritic soil at a consumption rate of 2-3 lit per sqm. Including cost of material, labour, tools and tackles, equipment, lead & lift etc. complete as per directions of Enginner-in-charge.
Providing and fixing weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge : 110 mm
Design and installation of rock bolts 25 mm dia steel including cost of drilling of size 100 mm dia holes, up to average depth of 6m and cementious non-shrink, free flow high strength grouting ( Durocon 650 or equivalent of approved make ) as approved by engineer –in-charge including the cost of access to the site, benching , drilling and the protection of bore from collapse internally, installation of rock bolts with approved cover, plant & tools, consumable material, scaffolding with platforms, collection of muck generated from drilling by means of chute & pipes to store in tanks at site and disposal to the authority approved dumping area , inclusive of all lead & lift , required labour and technical supervision. regular house keeping with no muck spill over around the site, occupational health & safety. Disposal site is to be identified by the Contractor with necessary approval and indemnify the Employer and engineer -in- charge from any shortfall by the Contractor. The rate quoted also include design which includes : Collection of samples and site data, testing for required parameters, structural analysis & design, engineering shop drawings as per site conditions and obtaining technical approval from Engineer –in- Charge. ( Soil nailing work shall be carried out as per the Contract Technical Specifications (Rate excluding cost of steel only) and as per directiions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and placing in position along the ground profile, GI IRC 75 mm x 75 mm x 10 gauge wire mesh including average 300 mm overlap at joints, 10 mm dia GI fasterners of 300 mm long 5 nos per sqm with 25 mm Concrete cover @ 300 mm x 300 mm c/c spacingi n order to get adequate & uniform cover at every location, with all material, labor, machinery, tools & tackle, technical supervision, scaffolding, platform etc. complete

The base layer of 50 mm to get minimum clear cover to the 25 mm dia bent up anchor bar. Rate includes all lead and lift, plant & tools, consumable material, scaffolding with platforms, occupational health & safety, all required labour and technical supervision etc complete

Providing and and laying antiskid floor tiles 12 x 12 upto 16 x 16 in of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete : Light shade
Providing & fixing in position hand rails in staircase, landing and the like with 2" dia G.I. pipe (light class) resting on 25 mm (1") size M.S. square bars of clear height 90cms placed at 30 cm c/c including making necessary hold fast fixture (25 mm square bars 22 cm long) embedded in staircase concrete for resting the M.S. vertical square bars with holding etc. as required for the work including bending hand rail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials etc. complete (measurement will be made along the running length of hand rail).
