Material and labour for Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth as in foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 sq metre on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distense not exceeding. 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (Nominal mix) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, or coping for pole foundation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, coping and plinth courses for 11 KV switch gear including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for two coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for eraction of steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtr long, type 410, SP-55 with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally and externally complete and applying two coats of aluminium paint above planting depth and alternative strips of 30cm height upto 1.5 mtr above coping of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, Foundation concrete, presenative treatment etc shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ

Material and labour for Stay assembly with diameter of stay rod as 20mm with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I 2009 (Specifications) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (Note:- (i) Cost of Loop type insulator and Stay clamps shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item. (ii) Excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ).

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated for current rating upto 400 Amps, triple pole, horizontal type, mechanically operated (mounted on insulator and steel frame) with accessories such as polymer insulator assembly (Set of 12 insulators), jumper conductor ACSR with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete including GI tubing of 20mm dia bore (heavy grade) alongwith drop out fuse and steel frame including application of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of cable HT 11 KV, Stranded Compacted Circular of size 150 sqmm Aluminium Conductor, single core, screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound incombination with copper tape, Aluminium round Wire armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part- 2) 2011 (edition) for using on GOD structure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, suitable for 11000 volts (High Tension) with discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amp complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only for Chain link MS galvanised fencing having any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for support for chain link fencing on transfermer platform complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of HT 11 KV, Bus-bar box of size 800 mm x 600mm x 800mm, Outdoor type, floor mounted, made out of CRCA sheet of thickness 3.15 mm and CPRI approved including weather proof,dust and vermin proof having IP-65 rated protection and painted with powder coated having 8 tank process, with common elecrolytic, sleeve insulated Aluminium bus-bar not less than 400 Amp capacity and mounted on high quality insulators, 3 phase having Phase to phase and phase to body designed with a minimum distance of 200 mm alongwith Double door and locking arrangements duly provided with 11KV danger notice plate including provision of angle iron frame for errection of panel made out of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron with each leg of 900 mm long duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including providing plain cement concrete Block of grade (1:3:6 ) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) with internal ducts for incoming and outgoing cables alongwith complete earth work (excavation, returning filling and disposable of suplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50mtr) in any type of soil or all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connecting to Galvanized earth lead strip of size 25mm x 04mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore dia including 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone Aggregate) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made of shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil or all kind of soil including returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I (specification) and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover (ISI Marked) of class HV, Type 1, flat of size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm confirming to IS-5820-1970 and laid dry flat over the cable for cable protection with position abutting each other complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable laid and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 18 cm thickness. The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (NOTE:- Punned thickness of 18cm shall be considered for measurement purpose only)

Supply and laying quartzitic good quality Pea gravel of size 50 mm down graded for laying on surrounding area of 2 pole / 4 pole structures on the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine & equipments (T&P) including provision of HDPE pipe of size 150 mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (Note:- The quoted rate for this item shall include provision of all kind of necessary precautions to be taken by the bidder during execution of the activities pretaining to work across National Highway roads. Further bidder shall also be responsible for getting / taking all necessary permission from NHAI/ State Authorities in this context. No claims whatsoever shall be entertainable on this account at the belated stage).

Material and labour for 100mm dia bore size galvanized steel water tubing pipe (light grade) for protection of cable including suitable size clamps with all fittings and fixed complete to walls , ceilings or laid in floors/fixed to poles/or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for Shifting of 11KV/0.433 volts transformer of capacity not exceeding 100KVA after removing all cable and earth connections from the old location /existing site and then further shifted to new location as directed with requisite necessary T&P at distance not exceeding 3 km and installing at a new location including commissioning the transformer and testing after installation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade having cross-sectional area of 150 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete as per IS-7098 Part-I, served with an inner sheathing PVC tape galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid under ground, fixed along wall including through GI pipe under floor/Road alongwith dismantling of existing service cable of any size from electrical pole to building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out of LT cable of any size and type from duct/cable trench/on wall/on pole carefully including disconnection by means of removing all connected items and kept aside including stacking the cable for re-use / shift to store yard of GE(N) Mamun complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Complete earth work (Excavation in trenches, returning filling and removal of surplus soil) shall be carried out manually and will be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to be included testing of LT cable before taking out including making good any damage to the cable during taking down process.

Taking out of HT cable of any size and type from duct/cable trench/on wall/on pole carefully including disconnection by means of removing all connected items and kept aside including stacking the cable for re-use / shift to store yard of GE(N) Mamun complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Complete earth work (Excavation in trenches, returning filling and removal of surplus soil) shall be carried out manually and will be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ (ii) Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to be included testing of HT cable before taking out including making good any damage to the cable during taking down process.

Laying only of HT / LT cable carefully in trench/duct/floor/wall/pole carefully including after tracing out any fault and seperate the fault portion of the cable, if any and kept aside including stacking the cable for shifting to store yard of GE(N) Mamun and remaining portion of the cable connected to the line including testing after laying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Complete earth work (Excavation in trenches, returning filling and removal of surplus soil) shall be carried out manually and shall be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to be included testing of HT/LT cable before laying only including making good any damage to the cable during laying process.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type, B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) cable route indicator of size 800mm x 300mm x 100mm, laid along the line of cable at an interval not exceeding 200 metre and also at turning points of the power cable route wherever practicable and planting depth shall be 300 mm from ground level including complete earth work (excavation in Treches, Returning / Filling & Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 metre) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cable end termination jointing kit for 1100 Volt (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120/150 sqmm,3.5 core with working voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit in Pdf format has been attached with tender and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 4960.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
