Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.. Note:- Including make good the Jam of window/Door to receive new door/window also no extra payment should be made to the contractor.

S&F A Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp?ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style)Consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as spd and as directed

S/F solid PVC Door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing & all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S/F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair door seal 1.5mm thick strip of mild steel with hard brush fixed in door bottom .complete all as spd and direcetd.

Taking down cement plaster,existing wall tile/mosaic in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified. Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out of the defence line including loading,transportation,unloading of debris at govt approved dumping area.Also no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor by department.
