With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931:

Dismantling prelaminated board cupboard shutter (of area up to15 sqm) including removing frames , shutters , and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50m lead

Cleaning of water tank on terrace approximate capacity of 1500 litres manually using bleaching powder including necessary rubbing and cleaning of internal surfaces with clean water to make the tank odour free.

Cleaning of entire internal portion of quarters with very mild acid/approved soap solution and mopping of floors, cleaning of dados and flooring including kitchen tiles above cooking platform , attached bath room, common both room and WC including cleaning wash basin, water closet etc.(Cost included removal of all the accumulated waste materials,cobwebs ,dirt and dust) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Credit to Contractor dismantled, damaged / defective ply boards of 19mm thick etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing the damaged rain water pipe by dismantling the brick work,concrete and fixing rain water pipe with necessary concrete 1:2:4 ( onw cement :two coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm) for 0.6x0.6m 50mm thickness with necessary water proofing compound finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) and a coat of necement cement rounding the edge and making and fininishing the outlet complete.( Note: cost of rain water pipes shall be paid for separately.Te approximate area of concrete to dismantled is 0.5 sqm)

Pruning, trimming, of tree branches (ht 15 feet and above) and girth up to 50cm including removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged bythe contractor).

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 19 mm thick, ply wood (BWR) grade including IInd class teak wood lipping of 19mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished SS steel piano hinges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing ply bowwod board 19mm thick (BWR) grade marked, in shelves and frames with screws and fittings wherever required,etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Easening of doors of any size and any thickness ( Wooden doors shutters as the case may) by making necessary repairs like plaining the edges for wooden doors as required so as to ensure smooth functional operation of the door, including greasing of hinges all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Necessary grouting of worn-out tile joints in flooring and dado with a mixture of white cement admixed with water proofing compund with matching colouring pigment including pointing and rounding the edges wherever required and cleaning the area with mild acid before pointing ,all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Credit to Contractor (a)dismantled damaged / defective C.P Brass/Brass/Gunmetal fittings such as ,Bib cocks , stop cocks, angle cocks, gate valves , ball cocks , waste couplings , towel rail , towel ring, Shower rose and other items identified by Engineer-in-charge.
