Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches, Piles bore and other civil works up to and including 1.5metre lift , 6.00 meter piles bond and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush,shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work with Fly ash. Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth having crushing strength not less than 75.00 kg/cm2 immerging the bricks in water not less than six hours before use in masonary.

16mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

12mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer. of approved colour and manufacture as per specification, instruction of Engineer in charge at all elevations including all material labour complete.

Providing & Painting Morden Art paint work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all floors and all heights including all material & labour complete.

Providing and laying anti skid Vitified floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) approved make, colours & shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand ) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc. complete as per direction of EIC at all floors and all heights.

Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick Factory made cement concrete interlocking Paver block of M30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coares sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing of chiled play equipments all etc. complete

Providing, fitting, fixing of lawn grass all etc. complete

Cost towards display board, photographs, and other unforseen items, etc.
