Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.1) Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of any curveture (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete. Wedge expansion type Fastener with threaded dia 12 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Dismantling existing concertina coil in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead. For payment length of fencing shall be masured correct to a cm.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 metres lead: Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete flooring 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finishade with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wiere fabric of size 75x25mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed to the welded with existing MS angle inlcuding the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by EIC.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Gas bank including gas pipe line with necessary accessories at Common mess CISF barrac at LBSI Airport, Varanasi. The work consist of 2Nos-MANIFOLD – 4X1, 8Nos-NON-RETURN VALVE, 8Nos-SURAKSHA CYLINDER PIGTAIL, 8Nos-COMPACT ADAPTER, 2Nos-MANIFOLD VALVE, 1Nos-SPECIAL DVC, 1Nos-COPPER CYLINDER PIGTAIL, 3Nos-15 PSI HP REGULATOR, 3Nos-QTS BALL VALVE – ½”, 2Nos-PRESSURE GAUGE – 4kg, 11Nos-NEEDLE CONTROL VALVE, 10 Nos-SURAKSHA BURNER PIGTAIL – 5ft, 250 mtr-MS "C" CLASS 1/2" PIPE WITH FORGED FITTING (APPROX AS PER SITE), i/c making core cutting on wall and charge of INSTALLATION CHARGE - CUTTING, WEILDING, FITTING, PAINTING. All work completed with satisfaction and direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: After completion of work (gas pipe with necessary accessories) necessary asjustment (addition / deduction) will be done as per rates mentioned in SCC/TSC as per actual basis executd at site. Quoted rate will not be considered for reconcilation / adjustment.

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of gas bank with approx. size 12 Ft X6ftX 4.0 ft (C shape) with MS perforated sheet/mesh and supported with side and top frames of sizes 50mm X50mm X5mm MS angles and MS pipes at suitable intervals with door provision with locking facility in front side and top covering with Rust proof precoated galvanised iron profile roofing sheet (12.50 ft X 5Ft) for rain protection of gas bank including primer of MS pipes and frames and wire mesh as per norms as directed by Engineer In Charge. (The payment of sheet will be paid seperately in respective item).

Bending the structural tubular member of required curveture (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes of any dia from 50mm to 150mm) as per drawings and design with the help of required capacity of hydraulic bending machine.

Preparation and submission of Design Documents & detailed Structural drawings of 3 Nos shed for different location of approximate plan area (Garbage collection-10x10 Sqm, Car parking area 62x 6.20 Sqm & stage Shed 6.10x7.95 Sqm ) i/c site survey, vetting of designs and drawings from registered structural consultant.

Deduct for taking away G.I concertina coil, barbed wire, staples and G.I. clips etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineerin-charge.
