Design, fabricate, supply, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved factory made LT cubical panel board indoor type fabricated of 2.00 mm thick CRCA epoxy power painted by means of electro static gun after rigorous pre treatment comprising of cold phosphating process on all internal and external surfaces after due preparation of surfaces.The panel shall consists bus bar of high conductivity aluminium for phases and half for neutral and shall be provided with colour coded shrinkable sleeves. incuding bottom alloy for phases and half for neutral and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves Including bottom gland plate consisting of sufficient nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom with suitable PVC/rubber bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc. inside the enclosures the required no of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables, with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size including connection. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gear etc with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement and suitable for 1100 volts grade, 3 phase 415 volts, 50 cycles, AC supply protection shall be IP 48. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of suitable size comprising the following and :-

Supplying ,laying, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade LT, confirming to IS 7098 Part I, ISI marked, with and including cable glands, cable lugs etc to suit cable size, laid in trenches, fixed along the poles or through G.I. Pipe laid under floors road etc; fixed concealed in walls encased in G.I. Pipe etc. complete of following sizes:-

Supply install testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 20 KVA 3 -phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brshless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure with AMF panel, suitable for ambient condition at Pune and confirming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :-

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 20 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722.

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexiable coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS -10001/10002/ 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-

C) Rubber Matting of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequred type ISI marked to be laid in front of control panel should be provided.

D) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 20 KVA DG Set.

(i) NAL approved as per CPCB

(ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board.

(iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure.

(iv) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure.

(v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : -

a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick.

b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick

c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (64kg/Cum)

vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.

vii) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form.

viii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button.

ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings.

x) The noise level should be 75 Db at 1m under free field conditions.

xi) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade shall be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

x) AMF with microprocessor based Relay Control Circuit, 4 pole MCCB 100Amp 415 V, 25 KA, for main supply and DG set supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/ Line Voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporationg Engine start, stop three attempt starting facility and failure to start etc.

Notes :- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant IS design. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations from Generator to the Panel all as specified and directed. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and FOL for final successful acceptance test. (iv) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (vi) All civil works including PCC platform and foundations work required for panel and equipments including making good during installation and commissioning of genset as per manufacturer instructions are deemed included in contractor's quoted rate. The depth of the foundation and PCC shall be provided as per recommendations of the manufacturer.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning for 13 Passengers/884 kg lift suitable to serve 5 (G+4) storey with AC variable voltage & variable frequency AC-VVVF drive with closed loop complete with all standard accessories, Simplex down collective , operation with/without attendant, stainless steel doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), stainless steel doors with hairline finish , automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, The lift shall be machine roomless type and near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified below:- (Make : Kone/Schnider/Kinetic Hyundai elevator & movement technologies/Hitachi Lifts/Mistubishi Elevators/Otis/Fujitech. (xi) The interior of the car shall be provided with a device that audibly indicates the floor lift car has reached and indicates that car entrance/exit door is open or closed.

aa) Faceplate shape shall be Rectangular and stainless steel in Hairline Finish.

(ab) Civil work : Necessary Civil work such as making good disturbed surfaces, modification to landing space suitable to car size, necessary foundation to machine etc and one white wash coat in the lift shaft after completion of lift installation .

Supplying and fixing pole mounted looping box FRP type of size 280x170x105mm suitable for 3-phase connection with locking arrangement including necessary nuts, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and directed comprising of the following complete
