Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four M-sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Collection, supply and filling with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including all labour charges for filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized PolyvinylChloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S door of size 0.0.90 x 2.10m. The outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M- Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M- Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the DePart ofmental Officers etc.,

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Weathering course concrete with broken brick jelly of 20 mm gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be added) over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over In a single layer and consolidated require designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern , keeping the surface constantly with springing lime jiggery water asper standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers Complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.
