Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes incl use of bleaching powder for the same, capacity of tank exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/Loose soil

Returning filling in , excavated soil including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

M & L for PCC bed of (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe, 100 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing the excavated materials not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point all as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron/ PVC pipes jointed in cement mortor and taking out of trenches, 100/150 mm nominal bore of pipe

M & L for providing cast iron soil, waste and vent sand cast pipes in any length, with or without ears with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors, pipes of bore 100 mm dia, incl necessary fixtures like bends, branch pieces etc as required.

Cutting into existing manholes for removing existing branch drain making good to walling and rendering cutting out branch channel and making good benching for 100 mm dia bore of pipe

Demolition and breaking up AC/PVC /Salt glazed ware drain pipe n.exc 100 mm dia bore pipe set in cement mortar and make good to surface, all as specified.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, 110 mm dia bore of pipe. Laid in floors or trenches as in waste, sewage pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC coated mild steel FI 40x6(PVC coating not less than 0.70 mm thick) as in straining bars confirming to Gde-I IS 432 cut to length, bent to shape required and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC coated mild steel angles, flats, etc.(PVC coating not less than 0.70 mm thick) as in supports for post, struts in fencing incl, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, flat iron fillets,(for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling bolting and similar work confirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 icluding taking down existing angles, post etc and fixing only GI chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Supply only GI chain link fencing will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only PVC coated GI chain link mesh of size 50x50 mm, 3.6 mm dia GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC coating (bare GI chain link mesh wight not less than 3.3 kg/sqm, incl. taking down existing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs, HDPE pipes, with pressure rating 6kg/cm2, laid in trenches as in waste pipes incl dismantling existing damaged pipes and making food to surface 50 mm dia bore of pipe.

Taking out carefully precast RCC slabs of septic tanks, taking out the sludge/debris in water in closed container and depositing in an earthen pit of sufficient size and any type of soil with the defence land where directed to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m, returning filling in earth into excavated pit after every disposal of scum/sludge, cleaning the inspection pit, sludge chamber inlet and inspection pipe and outlet pipe, cleaning MS rungs and applying one coat of linseed oil complete for septic tank capacity 25 users to 100 users each, all as specified including cleaning the septic tanks with fresh water and bleaching powder and refixing the removed cover slabincl necessary cambering to edges as required in CM (1:4) and necessary touch-up with cement base paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Schdule 'A' Note no 20 shall be strictly adhered to.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1(20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4. including taking down exisiting damaged covers salvaging reinforcement and disposal all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for cvloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less tha 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Taking out carefully the covers slabs of manholes of any size, depth and removing the sludges to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m incl cleaning the inside with fresh water and bleaching powder and placing the cover slabs back incl necessary cambering to edges as required in CM (1:4) and necessary touch up with cement base paing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Schedule'A' Note no 20 shall be adhered to.

Cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, the blockages in sewer line of 100 mm dia pipes, in between manholes and passing rubber ball/sponge ball/similar means through the line to ensure cleaning of all blockage complete all as specified.

M & L for Figured glass, 4mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane incl hacking out old broken glass pane from windows frames

M & L Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5 cm in length all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in sub base to floor 100 mm thick.

M & L for cement concrete 1 :2 : 4 (Type B-1, 100 mm thick, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for Painting only of ceiling fan,exhaust fan, of any size and type, scraping out of old paint, filling of cavities with filler preparation of body and cleaning of dust etc painting with first quality paint including over a coat of zinc primer writing of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Details of fan alongwith MES No. Shall be submitted by contractor for the purpose claiming payment under this item.

Overhauling of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep including dismantling/opening of body, cleaning of body, oiling, greasing and reassembling complete, replacing of split pin, nut, bolts and replacing of ball bearing, capacitor etc and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
